Job Title: Administrative Receptionist
Position Summary: Administrative Receptionist will possess knowledge, skills and abilities in business operations and company standards. Administrative Receptionist will possess the ability to assist all departments with administrative assistance, act as a liaison, and continue with marketing efforts. They will focus efforts to drive overall business objectives and maximize revenue in all areas.
Job Interactions and Interface: Must demonstrate professionalism while in the company of coworkers, vendors and customers, be able to communicate effectively with vendors, respond to customer inquiries and use an on-line service management system.
General Responsibilities: Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
· First point of contact on phones directing customer inquiries and phone calls to appropriate salesperson.
· Check voicemails and call clients back or delegate out the voicemails
· Greet clients with hospitality as the first point of contact for customer walk ins.
· Learn to utilize our POS system for customer
· Assist in Showroom cleanliness.
· Restocking water and snacks for the Crew and Sales Team.
· Always demonstrates an ability to remain calm under pressure and to maintain a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Part time
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Flexible depending on business needs.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Proficient in reading and writing English; Bilingual preferred.
· Computer literate with Microsoft Offices Suite knowledge
· Ability to adapt to ever changing job conditions
· Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces in a busy office environment
· Problem solving skills to anticipate problems before they happen and resolutions
